Location: 5540 Saratoga Boulevard (in our parking lot & Yoga + Wellness space)
Cost: Free
When: Saturday, January 31st
Parking Instructions:
The parking directly in front of the building and mobile cold plunges are reserved for vendors and event operations and will not be available for public use.
Guests are encouraged to park in the surrounding side and rear lots as shown in the diagram. Additional parking is available across the street at the Kohl’s shopping center, just a short walk from the event.
Vibes:

The Plunge Party is a free, quarterly community event hosted by SOMOS. It’s centered around cold plunge and recovery, with yoga, restore experiences, local vendors, music, and giveaways. Come for the plunge, stay for the vibe.

Yes. The event is free and open to the public.
Yoga and Restore experiences are also free, but space is limited and there may be local vendors that sell items. -

Availability is first-come, first-served based on session capacity.

Not at all. You’re welcome to enjoy the plunge, restore experiences, vendors, music, and giveaways without attending a class. Yoga and movement are optional but encouraged for the best experience.

We recommend movement before plunge when possible. Gentle, intentional movement helps warm the body and makes cold exposure feel more approachable and effective.

Yes. All experiences are designed to be accessible, and our team will guide you through options based on comfort level. First-timers are welcome.

Cold plunge, heat, and recovery therapies may not be recommended for everyone. If you are pregnant, have cardiovascular concerns, uncontrolled blood pressure, or other medical conditions, we recommend checking with a healthcare provider or choosing gentler options like yoga or halo therapy.

Giveaway drawings happen every 30 minutes during the event.
You must be present when your name is called to win. If not, a new name will be drawn.BONUS entries will be given to yogis who take any yoga or restore services (1 per).

If a session is full, you’re welcome to join the waitlist on-site or enjoy other experiences until the next opening.
