Start with either 🧱 FOUNDATIONS or 🌙 RESTORE. These classes move at a slower pace and give you space to learn without feeling overwhelmed. Most of our students started exactly where you are.

If you’re unsure, here’s the easiest way to choose:
🌙 RESTORE → if you want something calming, gentle, or low intensity
🧱 FOUNDATIONS → if you’re brand new or rebuilding confidence
🌊 FLOW → if you want movement without extreme intensity

🔥🔥 INFERNO → if you want our highest intensity experience

🌙 RESTORE, 🧱 FOUNDATIONS, and most 🌊 FLOW classes are non-heated.

Absolutely.
Many people start recovery before they ever take a class. We’ll guide you through everything and help you ease into it safely and comfortably.
You do not need experience.

We provide free props and other equipment needed for class.

Absolutely.
A huge percentage of our community walked in alone for their first visit. SOMOS is designed to feel welcoming, not intimidating.

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early for your first visit so we can show you around and help you get settled in.

Workout clothes are great, but no fancy yoga outfit required.
For recovery sessions, bring comfortable clothes and swimwear if you’re using sauna or cold plunge.

Yes.
You can book recovery sessions like sauna, cold plunge, halo therapy, and PEMF without taking classes.
Some people come for movement.
Some come for recovery.
Most eventually love both. -

You do not need to be flexible to start yoga. Flexibility is something that develops over time — just like strength, balance, and endurance.
