YOGA SCULPT TRAINING
FEBRUARY 2026
DISCOVER YOGA SCULPT
Join Diana Wilcox and SOMOS Yoga for a Yoga Alliance–accredited 20-hour Yoga Sculpt Training, happening Friday, February 20th through Sunday, February 22nd, 2026. This immersive weekend is designed to give you the tools needed to curate and teach your own Yoga Sculpt class.
This training is open to yoga instructors, fitness coaches, and personal trainers looking to expand their teaching repertoire and bring a new level of intensity and creativity to their offerings.
Yoga Sculpt is a hybrid class style that combines elements of dynamic power yoga with HIIT, weights, plyometrics, and cardio to build strength and endurance in both the body and mind. Expect to dive deep into athletic sequencing, weight training + plyometric exercises, dynamic alignment and breath, clear communication skills, and how to integrate all of these into an experience that will take your edge to the next level.
By the end of this training, you’ll have the tools to create and deliver a powerful Yoga Sculpt experience while embracing your unique voice. Expect to sweat (a lot), build strength, challenge your edge, and have fun in the process.
ABOUT THE TRAINING
This Yoga Alliance–accredited 20-hour program is rooted in the belief that true strength extends beyond the physical. Through the framework of Yoga Sculpt, you’ll explore how mindful movement, breathwork, and resilience intersect to create lasting transformation — on and off the mat.
The weekend curriculum blends yoga philosophy, anatomy, and functional strength training with leadership and teaching methodology, empowering you to guide students safely and effectively through high-intensity sequences. You’ll develop a deep understanding of how to balance power and recovery, challenge and surrender — and how to translate that balance into your teaching and personal practice.
By the end of the weekend, you’ll not only understand how to build a Sculpt class, but how to embody the mindset of strength, confidence, and compassion that fuels this dynamic style.

MEET DIANA:
Rooted in a lifelong love of movement and athleticism, Diana’s Journey to Yoga sparked the first time she walked into her first power vinyasa class just after her collegiate diving career ended. Growing up, body awareness and dynamic athleticism shaped Diana’s life. Having a background in competitive dance, ice skating, and gymnastics, Diana shifted her focus and attended the University of Texas in Austin for collegiate diving where she was named 2-time All American and MVP. Yoga sparked the same fire that Diana had experienced in all of her athletics. She was inspired by the power of the breath, the connection of the mind body, and the
possibilities that emerge when you let go of resistance to your own edge. Diana integrates exciting inversions, athletic sequencing, and playful transitions in her teaching and her practice. In her classes, you can expect that you will dance with your edge, get upside down, and expose yourself to the next level of yourself. When Diana is out of the studio you can
expect to find her training for her next marathon, wake surfing on Lake Austin, or enjoying a
glass of wine with her friends. Work hard, play hard, and discover new possibilities in the process.
