Kick off our one year Birthday party by bringing in the day with a beautiful “all levels” yoga flow in the parking lot of our beloved South Side studio!! Expect a gentle, feel good, breath-centric class. No yoga experience is necessary. We’ll move gently and create space in the body as we enjoy the dawn of a new day.
