Yoga is one of the primary tools we use because it trains coordination, breath, focus, and resilience under load. Classes are structured to challenge the body intelligently while respecting nervous system capacity.

Our movement offerings include heated and non-heated classes across a range of intensities and styles. Temperature, pace, and sequencing are used intentionally — not to push harder, but to train adaptability.
