What to expect in a Cold Plunge appointment:

You’ll be guided to your private plunge room and shown how to enter the water safely. The plunge is set between 45–55°F, and you can take short immersions at your own pace, typically 1–3 minutes each. We’ll walk you through steady breathing and help you feel grounded before you get in. You’re welcome to take breaks, step out, or try multiple rounds—your session is fully customized to what your body needs. Water and LMNT are available for purchase, and towels are available for rent.
