This class is designed to unlock your body’s natural range of motion and build lasting flexibility. We begin with gentle joint mobility exercises to lubricate and awaken the body, preparing muscles and connective tissue for deeper work. From there, we move into dynamic movements that combine strength and flexibility, enhancing coordination and functional mobility. The practice closes with static full-body stretches, allowing the body to release tension, improve posture, and create space for greater ease in everyday movement.
