Hatha yoga is a steady, grounding practice that focuses on holding postures with mindful breath. Unlike faster-flow styles, Hatha gives you time to settle into each pose, explore alignment, and connect deeper with your body. This slower pace creates space for both strength and relaxation, making it an excellent choice for building a strong foundation.

Through a balance of standing, seated, and reclining poses, you’ll improve flexibility, increase stability, and develop greater body awareness. Gentle transitions and longer holds invite calmness into the nervous system, reducing stress while enhancing focus and concentration.

This class is taught at a comfortable room temperature and is open to all levels. Beginners will appreciate the clear, accessible instruction, while experienced students can use the practice to refine alignment and deepen awareness. Hatha is yoga in its most classic form—simple, steady, and powerfully effective for body and mind.
