WHAT IS 21 DAYS OF SOMOS?

This is a 21-day consistency challenge designed to help you move your body, support recovery, and build habits that actually last.

Instead of pushing harder, we focus on balance — movement paired with intentional restoration.

You don’t need to be flexible, strong, or experienced. You just need to show up.

HOW IT WORKS

  • Show up at least 14 times in 21 days

  • Yoga and wellness sessions both count

  • At least 4 of your 14 sessions must be Restore sessions

  • Every session earns you one entry into the final drawing

Restore sessions include:

Infrared Sauna · Salt Cave · Cold Plunge · Contrast Therapy

Why We Included Restore

If you only move for 21 days, most people end up sore or burned out.

If you only recover, you won’t build strength or momentum.

This challenge teaches you how to balance both — so your body can absorb the work and keep going.

Recovery isn’t extra. It’s part of consistency.

A Simple Rhythm That Works

You don’t need to overthink this. Most people feel best with:

  • 2–3 yoga classes per week

  • 1–2 restore sessions per week

This isn’t a rule — just a proven rhythm that helps you feel good throughout the challenge.

Every time you complete a session, your name is entered into the challenge drawing.
