The gentle vibrations of sound work directly with the nervous system—helping to down-regulate stress responses, calm the mind, and bring the body into a state of deep rest and repair.

Why Functional Movement?
Functional movement training helps you move better in daily life. By strengthening core muscle groups, improving joint stability, and increasing range of motion, it supports posture, enhances mobility, reduces risk of injury, and builds overall physical resilience.
Rooted in alignment-based yoga principles and infused with functional movement patterns, this session helps improve posture, relieve tension, and build strength for real-life tasks—both at work and beyond.
This class is intentionally crafted to bring awareness to the way we move, breathe, and show up in our bodies. Her thoughtful approach helps students slow down, tune in, and build strength.
Bonus: Once monthly, Ryan Adames will be on hand to offer accessible options and adjustments throughout the class—ideal for anyone working with old injuries, recovering from physical limitations, or simply needing a different approach to movement.

A: Mondays are a great time to slow down and reset. This class helps reduce stress, improve flexibility, and clear your mind so you’re not dragging through the week.

A: It’s low-impact but high-energy! You’ll work your core, get your heart rate up, and feel stronger and more energized. Great for posture, stamina, and overall tone.

A: It means training your body for how you actually move in daily life—lifting, reaching, walking, bending. This class helps you move smarter, feel stronger, and avoid injuries.

A: Classes are about 45–60 minutes. Just wear comfy clothes you can move in and bring some water. Mats and props are usually provided (or we’ll let you know otherwise).
